First time,last time

2day my shop had happen an incident that never happened before.
I can strictly said this incident shouldn't happen and mustn't because this already illegality.
I was shocked when i heard that.
Formerly the food that we served accidently have hair inside.
OMG~this can't happened especially we work in the hospitality industry and as a cooker or chef.
We have to more care about the cleanliness of the plate before the food is being serve.This is our careless.
And i don't know why this will happened.
After that,we change a new dishes for them,luckily they didn't give any complain and care for.

Lastly,for me,this will the first time and also will be the last time~

Kitchen class

2day i have kitchen class on 8am.
OMG,i don't think to wake up,but anyway,i should wake up>.<
After i arrived college,all of us prepare ourself,such as wear scarf,apron,name tag,cap and notes.
Our chef explain us about 2day menu,hee,so excited,because there will a new recipe for us to learn.
2day menu are 'Herb Crusted Roast Rack of Lamb(Served with butter rice),Herb Crusted Roast Rack of Lamb(Served with Jacket Potato)'Lemon Chicken',Vegetarian Spring Roll, Consomm√© with Julienne Vegetables.
I was responsible to prepare 'Lemon Chicken',yuhuu,my favourite food.
When we started to prepare to stand by the ingredient,OMG,i saw a whole chicken without reborn,did we have to reborn it?i don't know how to make it...(nervous)
Lastly,chef taught us how to cut it.
I think i know the way already.
I hope i can do it well at next time.
After 1 hour we cooked it,finally,it was done.
We felt very happy when saw the food and also hungry,because all of the menu are looked delicious,haha.
Before we take our lunch,chef gave us some briefing.
Yeah,finally can eat jor..
we enjoy our food very much.
